continental : During the winter watering should occur rarely, only if the weather is particularly mild; when the temperatures are harsh we suggest avoiding to water. Irrigate every 2-3 weeks with 1,2 litres of water.

alpine : During this period water once in a while with 0,2 litres of water, so that the soil remains prevalently dry; the watering will be sporadic, every 3-4 weeks or even less.

mediterranean : During the winter these plants should be watered only if the climate is mild, using 2,2 litres of water, with very harsh temperatures, we can reduce or suspend watering. If there are particularly sunny days, act every 1-2 weeks.

continental : For the the Nymphaea let's prefer very sunny locations, directly exposed to sunrays.

Fertilization Nymphaea : In the winter aquatic plants shouldn’t be fertilized.
