continental : We advise watering every 2-3 weeks with 1-2 glasses of water, slightly dampening the ground, which should be kept always quite dry.

These plants can’t stand the cold and need minimum temperatures above 15°C, therefore they are grown in the apartment.

mediterranean : These plants love very sunny places, being exposed to direct sunrays even for many hours a day.
We advise growing the the Sarracenia flava in the apartment because it can’t stand the cold.

Feed Sarracenia flava : During the whole year let’s avoid fertilizing carnivorous plants, which dislike the presence of salts in the soil.

Adversity Sarracenia flava : Carnivorous plants defend themselves from the most common parasites, which in general don’t attack them; when repotting it might be necessary to treat the soil with a fungicide or against radical putrefaction.
