continental : Let’s water these plants only when there are prolonged droughts; if the weather is mild, we can water once every 1-2 weeks, using 0-1 glasses of water, but only if the ground is completely dry.

alpine : This plant prefers very bright positions, but it doesn't agree with direct solar rays.
During the cold months these plants should be grown in an apartment because they can’t stand the cold; it’s best to keep the minimum temperatures above 15°C.

mediterranean : During this period of the year the the Vanda Hybride should be grown in a spot where it is protected by direct solar rays, yet bright.
In the winter it’s best to move these plants in the apartment, as they need minimum temperatures above 12-15°C.

Fertilization Vanda Hybride : We suggest not to fertilize orchids during the winter months; we should start fertilizing again towards the end of the winter, when the plants start to produce new shoots.

Treatments Vanda Hybride : In presence of cochineals apply a treatment based on white oil; otherwise it usually isn’t necessary to use parasiticides.
