Verbena bonariense - Vervain

continental : Let’s water every 1-2 weeks, so that the substratum is always quite moist. If the temperatures are very harsh, during the winter, it isn’t necessary to water. Wet with 1875-1876 glasses of water.

alpine : We advise watering the the Verbena bonariense regularly, but not too often, keeping the soil damp, using 1874-1875 glasses of water; during this period of the year watering every 2-3 weeks could be enough.

mediterranean : The Verbena bonariense always asks for a slightly moist soil: therefore we should water often, about every 0-1 weeks, wetting the substratum deep down. Normally 1876-1877 glasses of water are used.

continental : These plants need, for a balanced development, to be grown in a sunny place.
The Verbena bonariense can’t stand the frost and is damaged even by very short freezing; therefore we suggest, during the cold months, to locate it in a home or in a cold greenhouse.

alpine : Plant which needs to be exposed to direct sunrays.
We advise growing the the Verbena bonariense in a place where it’s sheltered from the ice, in a home or in a cold greenhouse.

mediterranean : We advise locating these plants where they can be directly exposed to solar rays.
Avoid exposing these plants to the cold winter icy wind, as they can’t stand frost.

Fertilize Verbena bonariense : During the winter annual plants aren’t cultivated.
